Plastic Card Direct Printing

Newline uses advanced direct printing techniques which is a process that enables us to print anything you can imagine onto the surface of a plastic card (front or back).

The process employed uses solvent inks that can print directly on the card at resolutions much higher than thermal printing.

That is the most popular method of doing it. Our direct print solvent method not only gives a higher resolution but gives a far greater durability that thermal printing.

You can personalise the cards using variable data such as:

» Names
» Numbers (Account, Membership, Sequential, etc)
» Photographs
» Barcodes
» Magnetic Encode Data

We can print a card in any colour using the CMYK process, or if needed just in a single colour: Large solid colors and edge bleed are no problem.
